june has been taxing. exam week beckons tomorrow and sadly, im not prepared. not at all. one month came and went.. heck i barely touched my books. and all this even after i assured mom im coping fine academically. the last people you wanna disappoint in your lifetime would be your parents.. you owe them that much to atleast tell them the truth, and try to live up to their expectations. for that, i really am apologetic.
been bogged down by camps, consultations.. by teachers who happily cancel at the last goddamned minute, and i cant remember what. i just didnt get the break that i wanted, needed. no peace of mind fused with lack of will to just sit down and hit em books, and shove other commitments out of the way. sigh. will buck up and attempt a last minute mugging for the mid years and hopefully i can scrape through. toughh.
sent mich off at the airport yesterday. that woman is off to sydney (right?) to further her studies. my only regret is not catching up with her earlier. aaah till december then lady.. bring home an aussie hunk kay? hehh.
on a brighter note, celebrations for khai's birthday went splendidly well. okay eew who uses the word splendid anymore nowadays? okay me! =D a huuuuge thank you to all who helped.. aiyah cant express my gratitude enough. you all know who you are..
